Biked my first 40 miles today. The longest I've biked has been 30 miles. The last 10 miles was hell. I had no option but to keep moving forward. Imagine the trail shown in the photo.... in the dark. Pitch black. We biked in darkness on our way back to our cars.  Luckily my friend @juanthepumas had lights. (I forgot mine)

The gym can be a scary place, believe me ive had my moments of gym fear and I over come it and become stronger and sooo confident! Wearing things like Crop tops, shorts, sports bras and feeling great! 
After a month off, due to not being in the right headspace and motivation at an all time low it was definitely hard walking back in there last week. 
Ive gone back to wearing baggy shirts, long tights and a hat to keep myself covered! Its a struggle to over come your fears and be confortable in your own skin and i know is, I’ll get back to that soon enough! 
Week one of BBR TLM 2.0 is done and im already feeling soo much better! Thank you to my amazing coach and idol @racheljdillon, @emmajane.dillon and the BBR team @bodiesbyrachel along with my amazing gym @worldgymmaitland ️ bring on week 2

Galletas de chispas de chocolate de terciopelo rojo
INGREDIENTES
1/2 taza (115 g) de mantequilla, suavizada
1/3 taza (67 g) de azúcar blanca
1/2 taza (100 g) de azúcar morena
1 huevo
1 cucharada de leche / suero de leche
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1½ + 1 cucharada (200 g) de harina
1/4 taza (30 g) de cacao en polvo
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
1/4 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de colorante rojo - o más si es necesario
1 taza (180 g) de chispas de chocolate blanco (u otro chocolate)

PREPARACION:
1. En un tazón mediano, bata la harina, el cacao en polvo, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal. Dejar de lado.

2. En un tazón grande, bata la mantequilla con ambos azúcares (puede hacerlo con una espátula o con un batidor de manos también) hasta que esté cremosa. Agregue el huevo, la leche y el extracto de vainilla, batir hasta combinar. Agregue el colorante alimentario y batir hasta que esté combinado, si el color no es tan rojo como le gustaría, agregue más colorante alimentario hasta que tenga el color deseado. Agregue los ingredientes secos y batir a baja velocidad hasta que se combinen. Doblar en chips de chocolate blanco.

3. Cubra el recipiente con una envoltura de plástico y enfríe en la nevera durante al menos 30 minutos.

4. Precaliente el horno a 350 ° F (175 ° C). 5. Con una cuchara, coloque la masa en bolas de cucharadas de 2 pulgadas, colóquelas a una distancia de 2 pulgadas en una bandeja para hornear galletas.

6. Hornee durante 10-11 minutos o hasta que esté ligeramente crujiente alrededor de los bordes y aún suave en el centro.

7. Deje que las galletas se enfríen en la bandeja para galletas durante 10 minutos antes de transferirlas a una rejilla para que se enfríen por completo.

Still trying to master the art of the self timer  went for a wee walk up the hills and got so excited about being up there that I accidentally walked 15km 
.
I’ve been feeling a little off the last couple of weeks as far as my diet and training has been. It’s been a struggle to get back into the swing of things and I’ve had multiple slip ups and bad days. But I’m not gonna let them get me down. Little by little, a little becomes a lot. I’ll post some progress photos over the next few weeks to keep myself accountable. So stay tuned. .

Galletas de chispas de chocolate rellenas de Nutella
INGREDIENTES
1/2 - 3/4 taza (160-200g) de Nutella
1 taza (230 g) de mantequilla
2 huevos
1 taza (200 g) de azúcar morena
1/2 taza (100 g) de azúcar blanca
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
2¾ tazas (345 g) de harina
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 taza (175 g) de chispas de chocolate

PREPARACION:
1. Forre un papel de pergamino en una bandeja para hornear o en un plato grande y deje caer aproximadamente 1-2 cucharaditas de Nutella. Congelar por 1 hora. Mientras tanto, haga la masa para galletas.

2. Coloque la mantequilla en una cacerola pequeña y caliéntela a fuego medio-bajo hasta que esté completamente derretida y dorada, revolviendo con frecuencia. Unos 5 minutos. Ten cuidado, no quemes la mantequilla. Transfiera la mantequilla a un tazón grande y deje enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

3. En un tazón pequeño, revuelva la harina, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal. Dejar de lado.

4. Al tazón con mantequilla marrón y ambos azúcares y batir hasta que esté suave y esponjoso. Agregue los huevos, uno a la vez y la vainilla, batir solo hasta que se combinen, unos 15-20 segundos. Agregue gradualmente la mezcla de harina, revuelva solo hasta que se combine. Dobla las chispas de chocolate.

5. Enfríe la masa en el refrigerador por 30 minutos.

6. Precaliente el horno a 360F (180C). 7. Saque alrededor de 1-2 cucharadas de masa para galletas y aplánelo, coloque 1 pieza de Nutella congelada en el centro y haga una bola.

8. Coloque las bolas enrolladas en un papel pergamino con aproximadamente 2 pulgadas de distancia.

9. Hornee por 10 minutos o hasta que estén ligeramente dorados por los lados. Deje enfriar en las bandejas para hornear durante 10 minutos antes de transferirlas a las rejillas para enfriar por completo.

Lurar mig själv… ‍️‍️‍️ Jag var och är fortfarande något av en självutnämnd expert på finstilt lurendrejeri. När jag var aktiv problemdrinkare lurade jag mig ständigt med att jag hade kontroll och förnekade att jag skulle ha problem osv osv. 
Den EGENSKAPEN utnyttjar jag än idag fast lite tvärtom – för att nå mina mål. 
Om jag skulle fundera för mycket eller ”känna efter” över om jag ska ta den där löpturen kl. 05.00 på måndag morgon skulle det nog inte bli många steg. 
Mitt ”lurendrejeri” börjar alltid med att jag ”ska” springa någon kilometer eller två och sedan går jag en stund. Efter någon kilometer eller två har hjärna och ben vaknat… 
Då dansar jag vidare några kilometer till. När jag väl har kommit så långt är det lika bra att passa på…

Há dias venho pensando naquela menina que em 2011, iniciou sem muitas intenções o blog e assustada com a repercussão pensou em excluir... se ela soubesse que em menos de 1 ano estaria recebendo o prêmio top blog em São Paulo, realizando trabalhos renomados em arcoverde durante os próximos anos e que até mesmo teria um canal no YouTube, com certeza ela não iria acreditar! 
Imagina depois de longos anos das redes sociais, ela finalmente iria poder gravar e postar instantaneamente, sem precisar passar horas editar, e que ela não precisaria de cenários, câmeras profissionais... nada além, dela! 
Que louco! Que loucura! É tudo tão surreal que essa menina que ainda vive aqui, se “assusta” com cada conquista, pois nem nos sonhos mais loucos, as realizações são tão imensamente abençoadas! 
Hoje, eu quero falar pra essa menina, que tenho muito orgulho de quem ela CONTINUOU sendo e que é por ela que comemoro e agradeço a confiança de quem ela sempre desejou o melhor : VOCÊ!
