We’ve got ten kids between the three of us and we GET IT. Being a mama is next level time consuming, so how can you possibly weigh your food, track it, count macros, & have your babe on your hip?

We have some solid approaches that work for us, but the number 1️⃣ approach?

⭐DO THE BEST YOU CAN!
.
Just like parenting--some days you slay… and some days the best you can do is a dino nugget dipped in PB. Give yourself permission to take time for yourself--let go of the guilt. Give yourself grace and time for the learning curve. WE KNOW you want results YESTERDAY. But we promise you-- with these simple changes EACH DAY you’ll be closer to them!
.
BLT’S. They can happen without warning. But tracking the bites, licks, and tastes & you’ll think twice about em. Sandwich crusts, cold mac & cheese etc, are they really worth it?
.
WATER. Drink ½ your weight in ounces. BONUS? More trips to the bathroom = more alone time or alone time with fingers under the door. Samesies.
.
SLEEP. Seems like a joke, but getting those 7-8 hours and making them a priority will help with patience, cravings, & weight loss.
.
PROTEIN. At every meal and snack. Shoot for 100g if that’s the best you can do. Have protein shakes in your car for a quick grab.
.
BAG IT. Take one night to pre-portion all your easy grab snacks into serving sizes and have them stashed in your purse/diaper bag for when those munchies hit.
.
PRELOG a treat. Every single night. Something to look forward to when those loves are down & an incentive to not go all in on fruit snacks at 3 in the afternoon.
.
A TA-DA list. As in “ta-da” look what I did! Celebrate all the victories, all the hard work you do, & for being the kind of person you want to be. Love yourself, be kind, be compassionate, cut yourself some slack and get right back to it!

Há 2 Escolas Mundiais que divergem quanto à postura de uma corrida.
Uma das, diz que você deve manter o padrão biomecânico já característico e desenvolvido pelo Indivíduo, ou seja se este corre aterrisando com o calcanhar primeiramente ao solo, deve ser respeitado este padrão. 
A 2 Escola, já não !
Ela caracteriza pelo nome Barefoot ( corrida descalça ), aonde segue o Padrão de pisar com o ante pé e meio do pé em primeiro lugar.
A maioria das Marcas existentes hoje, estão programadas para atender ao público que corre batendo o calcanhar em primeiro plano, sendo que existe uma única marca no mercado que se especializou em atender exclusivamente a estes corredores que pisam com o ante pé.
A briga aí vai longe e ficaríamos aqui discutindo vários estudos científicos, puxando sardinha para um e para outro.
Assim, vou me usar como exemplo pois, como jogador de Basketball, corria usando o calcanhar, hoje corro usando o médio  pé para executar a Corrida, foi uma mudança que levou 1 ano e meio para aprender e executar.
Posso dizer que minha corrida ficou mais linear e com uma maior economia de força, desta maneira melhorou minha biomecânica quanto minha postura durante a Corrida.

Fica claro a postura de um para o outro !
Fica claro que um corre batendo o calcanhar, com um aspecto mais pesado. Enquanto o outro parece até mais leve, flutuando no movimento linear.
Como disse, muitos estudiosos dizem que correr tocando com o calcanhar primeiramente ao solo, não terá mais lesão que o outro que correr usando o médio  pé.
Porém, correr com o médio pé, é  na minha opinião, menos agressivo para o Corpo como um todo, fora que a gravidade está no plano Sagital ou seja a gravidade passa pelo eixo central do corpo, com isto quem se beneficia, é o próprio corpo, que terá que gerar menos gasto de energia para executar o movimento.
