Having a trainer like @adelastingaci who helps and encourages me all the way to reach a good level of fitness is a must for me. Finally posting a couple vids of the seated chest machine workout using bands. This just creates a crazy amount of tension that just pumps up the chest. Tearing these muscle fibres and building new ones. I advise others to try this exercise sometime to see the benefit.

Next time life throws you a setback consider changing your mindset to the growth mindset. What could I have done differently to change the outcome. Continuing from the previous post... So some of you might be saying “I don’t feel hungry, so it’s not possible that I’m starving myself”. Let’s take this case for example:

Her caloric requirement to maintain her current body weight is around 1800 calories, but she consumes around 700 calories per day (1100 calorie deficit) and she burns around 250-300 calories per day through exercise. She has a pretty decent breakfast of around 300 calories with around 30 grams of protein, she skips lunch and for dinner has a vegetable smoothie. She doesn’t feel hungry and therefore thinks it can’t be possible that she’s starving.

Technically what’s happening here is CALORIC starvation, so even though she doesn’t feel hungry, her body is deprived of calories. It’s like drinking lots and lots of water throughout the day to stay full, of course you’re not hungry because of all that water, but water has 0 calories. You’re not hungry, but you’re severely starving your body of calories.

 So I did a little cut for a holiday, but arguably I was healthier before, without a six pack. Why 
.
(1) Whilst I was dieting my workout intensity was far inferior, therefore my cardiovascular fitness actually suffered.
.
(2) Eating less food inevitably meant less nutrient intake, i.e. vitamins, fibre, protein, healthy days.
.
(3) Physically I was weaker because my glucogen levels were depleted, so when I did come to exercise, one of my most immediate energy systems was compromised.
. 
I did this post to highlight how body composition does NOT necessarily equal health. Unless aesthetics are your sole objective, incorporating performance-based goals into your training and keeping an eye on your nutrition will ensure you are not just 'healthy-looking' but healthy inside too.

After workout closing session is with burning 200calories on treadmill. It's gives me more satisfaction when I look in to mirror. My skin looks more charming then doing facial  in Parlor

HOW TO DO? 
Lay down on a flat and hard surface.  Bend your right knee, pull it closer to your chest using both hands. 
Now relax your legs muscles and hold for 10 seconds. Done! Put your right leg back on the floor.

Same with other leg. Bend your left knee,  pull it closer to your chest using both hands. Hold for 10 seconds. Then put your left leg on the floor. 
Now bend your both knees pull it to your chest using both hands. Relax back and legs' muscles,  hold for 10 seconds.

Relax. Solving problems:

Pain or fatigue in the low back 
Muscle tightness 
Pain during monthlies

When your pelvis is out of alignment,  you may find it difficult to maintain good posture.  And we need it for young and fresh face.

DO IT REGULARLY IN THE MORNING AND EVENING before going to sleep.
