Disminuir el consumo de pan
Comer 2 veces legumbre
1 vez pasta o arroz
No pesar los alimentos (no pasar nada de hambre)
No edulcorar (ni con stevia)
Comer de 2 a 4 frutas diarias (sin restringirme ninguna)
Verduras a placer

Son pequeños gestos que me van a hacer mucho más gratificante el día a día y me restan ansiedad

Als Vegetarier kommt man nicht drumherum und als Fan der israelischen Küche ohnehin nicht  
FALAFEL aus dem Airfryer 
Für 10 Falafel:
▫️265 g Kichererbsen
▫️1 Ei
▫️1/2 Frühlingszwiebel
▫️handvoll Petersilie
▫️1 TL Flohsamenschalen
▫️Salz, Pfeffer, Koriander, Kreuzkümmel, Zatar
▫️Zitronensaft
️ die Kichererbsen mit den Zwiebeln und der Petersilie pürieren. Ei, Flohsamenschalen und Zitronensaft untermischen und mit den gewürzen abschmecken. Für ca. 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen. Die Falafel mit nassen Händen formen und in der Fryer-Pfanne platzieren. Für 20 min im Airfryer backen. Nach der Hälfte die Bällchen von der Pfanne lösen und umdrehen.

Das gute Teil gönne ich mir, nachdem ich meinen kleinen gleich zur Kita gebracht und gesportelt habe...also so gegen halb 11 wahrscheinlich erst 🤣!

Rezept war damals mal inspiriert von der lieben @kattis_healthy_kitchen :
500 g Magerquark
200 Exquisa Fitline
1 Eigelb
1 Pck Vanillepuddingpulver
7 Tropfen Honey Flavourdrops @got7nutrition mixen
30 g Whey deines Vertrauens
70 ml Mandelmilch ungesüßt (oder andere) mischen und zur Käsemasse, es geht auch eine andere Flüssigkeit zb. Saft oder Kokosmilch , anstatt Whey und Milch 1 Eiweiß steif schlagen und unterheben Teig in zwei Hälften teilen und in eine 1 Tl Matcha sowie 20 g Mohn und einen Schuss Mandelmilch zufügen
abwechselnd in eine 18er Silikonform füllen...einmal wischen fürs Video bei 160 Grad für 40 Min in den Ofen 
Das ganze Dingen hat 802 kcal, 39 Kh, 117 Eiweiß, 18 Fett

Avocado toast recipe 🥑
INGREDIENTS : •2	small slices of whole grain toast
•1	large avocado, Hass variety
•1 tbsp	cream cheese, 17% fat content..
•some lemon juice
•salt, pepper
PREPARING :
*Halve your avocado and remove the flesh from the peel. Cut one half into fine, thin strips.
*Lightly toast the wholegrain bread and spread with cream cheese.
*Carefully place the avocado on the toast and sprinkle with some lemon juice.
*Now season with pepper and salt.

Chi non ama la 𝕡𝕚𝕫𝕫𝕒 rossa, quella 𝓈ℯ𝓂𝓅𝓁𝒾𝒸ℯ 𝓈ℯ𝓂𝓅𝓁𝒾𝒸ℯ che si trova al forno?!? Beh ieri ne ho fatta una versione un po' 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑎𝑟𝑒, ma vi assicuro che è venuta ᔑᎢᖇᗴᑭᏆᎢᝪᔑᗩ! Prima di tutto: avete mai provato a mettere lo ⓨⓞⓖⓤⓡⓣ nell'impasto?!? Se non lo avete ancora fatto, provate e non ve ne pentirete, perché conferisce alla vostra pizza una croccantezza e consistenza ƒαиταѕτιϲα! La mia versione era proteica, ma oggi sono buona e vi lascio anche la ricetta base senza proteine, tanto il procedimento è identico!
Macros per la proteica 367 kcal 39c 44p 3f (escluso olio evo) 
Ingredienti
50 gr di farina di avena istantanea (per me certificata senza glutine)
30 gr di proteine in polvere senza aroma (e senza lattosio per me)
80 gr di yogurt greco magro 0% grassi (per me senza lattosio)
±50 gr di passata di pomodoro al naturale
Origano q.b. 
3 gr di lievito biologico per intolleranti (oppure lievito istantaneo per pizza o altro tipo di agente lievitante che utilizzate di solito)
Olio extravergine di oliva 
Preriscaldare il forno a 180°. Mescolare la farina di avena con le proteine e il lievito, aggiungere lo yogurt, mescolare e impastare con le mani fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio. Stenderlo su un foglio di carta da forno dando la forma desiderata (rotonda o rettangolare), cospargere la superficie con la passata di pomodoro, condire con origano e affondare le dita in qua e là. Infornare per 15 minuti circa, o comunque finché dorata e condire con un filo di olio. Per la versione normale o senza glutine senza farina di avena, utilizzare 50 gr di farina di avena istantanea e 50 gr di yogurt, oppure la stessa quantità di mix universale senza glutine che si trova al supermercato. Per altri tipi di farina regolate sempre la quantità di yogurt in base al tipo usato e alla compattezza dell'impasto che avrete nel mentre lo impastate: se è troppo duro aggiungete yogurt, se è troppo morbido aggiungete farina. Se la volete ancora più croccante e proteica modificatela così:
45 gr di farina di avena
30 gr di proteine senza aroma
20 gr di farina di mandorle sgrassata 
100 gr di yogurt greco magro 0%

WHY THE SCALE IS PRETTY DECEIVING

Have you jumped on the scale while trying to lose weight and noticed that you're up 3-4 pounds?

Ever been discouragedbecause of it? if so, you ain't alone, fam.

It's happened to everyone! But don't be upset because I'm about to show you a MUCH better method to tracking your fat loss, scale be damned!

FIRST OF ALL, the scale is a tool, not a death sentence. In fact, it's a GREAT tool when used properly.
-
But if you jump on the scale at random times throughout the week, you might feel like you're not making progress.
-
What to do: Instead of using ONLY the scale, I'd encourage you to use a measuring tape to track waist measurements and to take regular photos of yourself.
-
 MAKE SURE THE CONDITIONS ARE THE SAME FOR ACCURATE TRACKING:
-
So whenever you step on the scale, wrap that measuring tape around your belly or tooshie, or take that half-nude selfie ), make sure the following is in line:
-
 You're doing it all first thing in the morning
 after you  and/or pee
 before you eat or drink anything
 same lighting environment for the pics
-
For the scale and waist measurements, more is usually better. This is why I recommend you track these 3-4x per week and take the average. An average is going to be a true representation of what's happening with your weight and body fat levels.

If the scale weight and measurements are steadily going down, you're doing something right. -
If they're not, it's ONLY FEEDBACk that you will need to adjust something to your diet or training.

You won't see your body changing on a daily basis, so 2x monthly pics are a good way to track the changes over time.

Die Reisflocken habe ich mit etwas Vanillepuddingpulver und Mandelmilch aufgekocht, mit Flavdrops Vanille gesüßt und gezimtet. Damit sollte der Start in den Tag gut abgedeckt sein, oder?

This recipe came right from my heart coz this morning I didn’t feel like having what I actually planned for breakfast  So, i just asked myself what!exactly m I feeling like having and it was something like this ‍️ #listentoyourheart always..!! .

I know you’re more interested in recipe than my story  Here it is

 Ingredients:- (for base)
• 1/2 apple (peeled and chopped)
• 1/4 cup oats
• 1 tsp jaggery powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• water or milk of choice
.
.
 Method:-
• Take a pan. Add apple pieces, oats and water/milk/mylk in it. (I used water) Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame. Add jaggery, cinnamon, ginger and cook for another 2 minutes. Have warm or chilled as desired ‍️

Oh about the chocolate sauce 
It’s just chocolate peanut butter thinned with some water.  I added lots of it coz #chocolate is love ️🤗

 Chocolate peanut butter recipe is there on my page. You’ll easily find it. Posted recently.  Play around with toppings if you wish to, by adding more nuts, fruits and seeds

I VERY MUCH enjoyed Cardarine + Ostarine. I dosed Ostarine at 15mg/day and Cardarine 20mg/day 2hrs prior to training sessions. I do bodybuilding style workouts and I didn’t record any of my 1rm but here’s my take on both!
With Ostarine I experienced— increase in muscle density, strength overall. 
With Cardarine I experienced— increase in overall muscular endurance and stamina. My recovery IN BETWEEN sets were ridiculous. I was like the energizer bunny.
These two combined are by FAR my favorite stack.
