Me: Food 🧀 That’s the truth for me. The prize at the end of my hard work is to be able to eat whatever I want that’s why on some days I train extra hard. Exercising may help me make healthier choices when it comes to food, but it does not make me quit what I love to eat! It’s all about finding the balance between healthy eating, bad foods and also happiness. Don’t pick a lifestyle that is good for you but is sucking the happiness out of you.  . .
