3 rounds 

30 second rest in between sets 
1️⃣30 second: jump squats
2️⃣1 minute: single arm snatch 
30 seconds each side 
3️⃣30 second: inch worm to push up 
4️⃣30 second: plank hip twist 
5️⃣30 second: burpee to push up

PUSHDAY WORKOUT!
Today we did a monster chest and triceps workout! Beast of a session! 
Workout Routine: 
1️⃣Incline Dumbbell Press: 3x10-12 reps with 30kg dumbbells. 30 seconds rest between sets! 
2️⃣Barbell Bench Press: 3x8-10 reps with 80kgs, nice and slow squeeze! Last set with 60kgs and push as many reps out as possible!  (for a nice pec burn)
3️⃣Dumbbell Chest Flys: 3x8 reps with 12.5kg dumbbells nice and slow stretch with a good squeeze at the top. SUPERSET with Close Grip Dumbbell Press 3x6-8 reps, squeeze your chest as the dumbbells touch to really feel it.
4️⃣Low Cable Chest Flys: 3x12 reps with 13kgs, push your arms right out infront of you, just touching your hands together, squeeze your pecs the whole way through!! 5️⃣Chest Machine Flys: 3x10-12 reps with 27kgs, squeeze your chest hard for this exercise, like you’re trying to touch your elbows together! 
6️⃣Tricep Cable Extensions: 3x8-10 reps with 22kgs, nice and slow, push your hands out when you’re at the bottom to get the full extension on your tricep muscles. Last set drop weight 2 plates lighter and push out as many reps as you can! 
7️⃣Tricep Extension Machine: 3x8 reps with 30-35kgs, a heavier set at the end, push your triceps hard, if you struggle towards the end of the sets and you have a training partner get them to help you push the weight down and you can focus on the negatives! Or drop weight and PUSH out more reps!  Save the post and give this PUSH DAY a go IF YOU CAN HANDLE IT!

It’s Sunday funday and I came to get dowwwwwn dog (not the name of this pose but sirsasana just didn’t flow the same) I’ve been dedicating Sundays to active rest/recovery aka walks and YOGA🧘‍️

For so long I avoided stretching but now I can’t go a day without it. My body is less sore, promotes blood flow and it helps to avoid injuries. Also great for relaxation and reducing anxiety

 Há muitos vídeos de treinos em casa expostos na Internet, e eu já reparei que a elevação pélvica, o glúteo isolado (movimento com caneleira) e abdução são muito frequentes.
️ Primeiramente, quero deixar claro que NÃO são exercícios ERRADOS, e sim menos eficientes aos glúteos e à musculatura dos membros inferiores. Há outros, expostos no vídeo, que são muito mais eficientes, como agachamentos, afundos, passadas... Que podem ser feitos em casa, queimam muito mais e trabalham muito mais os glúteos e as coxas do que a elevação pélvica e cia.
