- 2 Standing Burpees⁣
- 2 Regular Burpees⁣
- 2 Burpee Tuck Jumps⁣
- 2 Sprinter Burpees⁣
- 16 Jumping Lunges⁣

However long it takes you to complete all of the above... The remainder of the 90 seconds will be rest. You are working against the clock! ⁣

My workout today was a little bit of a “this and that” #FOCUS day #65 was a good quickie ️ 5 more left  and then I added a 120:60 #AMRAP style interval circuit 🤪

5️⃣ rounds
10 rope slam sprawls  5 squats
10 rope bat wings  6 ape walks
10 med ball knees to chest  10 med ball plank forearm slams
10 heavy ball overhead slams 10 lateral raises
10 curls  10 rope rainbows  complete 3 total rounds for a great 45 minute workout ️ .
Ended it with a 1 minute animal flow 3 times 🥰

Last time I did this workout (3/30/19) I did it in a full gym, with people watching, and a friend counting. I had a serious adrenaline rush going on, and got 4️⃣6️⃣.

Today I did it ALONE, in my garage, with my kids and dogs (aka distractions). I thought there wasn’t a shot in HELL I was beating that number, but I made a deal in my head... Get to 30, take a breath and just finish as hard as you can! .
So that’s EXACTLY what i did and GUESS WHAT???? I beat it!! 5️⃣0️⃣ fucking burpees in 2 minutes! Riding this performance HIGH for the rest of the day!

Five day work stretch done  I am so proud of myself, I kept on track with my IF and ate clean 90% of the time at work.  High stress situations at my job = snacking to cope lol  I kept that to a minimum  
Down another 5 pounds too, but I am leaning out in areas I NEVER thought I could.  My hamstring region and lower abdomen where my csection scar is have really started to carve out.  Following @hannaheden_fitness workouts and eating clean have me feeling awesome
