Whilst training to be a Pilates instructor, I was so worried that I was losing muscle by not training to the intensity that I had been before. Now I can’t lie, my strength has taken a bit of a knock, but the muscle memory is still there and I know that with my consistency coming back I will be lifting to the same I was before these 9 weeks. The goal is to be the muscliest and flexible Pilates instructor that there is. Going to show that you can body build and do Pilates together, as they aren’t mutually exclusive. .

Last nights upper body strength training  - feeling it in my shoulders today!! I don’t normally train the day I land from a flight, as it’s normally all through the night. Lack of sleep really does affect my progress sometimes, but I guess it’s all part of the job and encourages me to work harder

The requirements 
60 Sit Ups Cadence Count (Easy Peasy)
60 Push Ups Cadence Count (Hard) 
4 Pull Ups Cadence Count ()
2 Miles Under 15 Minutes

This gets you to a score of 0. Everything over is bonus points. 
The points are awarded on a tier system so the pulls up would be more than the sit ups for example. 
Focusing just on the push ups, how many you think you can get?

So here is my Transformation for this TuesdayI remember always having been skinny and tiny, small, I wore size 0 (pic on the left ) and I can remember it was the year before I started weight lifting in high school, since then I loved how weight training made me feel good about myself and I noticed my confidence had gone up, I can say lifting heavy sh!% is part of me now, and so is fueling my body with the right nutrients and staying on my grind, although it’s not always easy but it’s very much worth it  On the right, is a current pic I’m much more stronger than the pic on the left, I love myself more, I’m happy with the way my life is going, everything you go through puts you where you need to be, so grateful for so much at the moment  ___

Great to be back racing today as the cycle part of a relay with my relay partner, Autumn. Loved it and have been inspired to do more! Sometimes having a break is just what you need to miss what you loved! Thanks Autumn for asking me!
