The exercise which you can see in these 2 videos are a great example of doing single arm row.  Hilary is braising her core and tilting to the side. As you can see, she is pulling and simultaneously contracting her lat!🤔

Now your probably wondering why is she tilting with the EXERCISE?🥴🤷‍️
The lats are located on the side of our bodies. They wrap around front/rear of our rib cage, so adding in a twist and tilt will only get them in the right position to train AND also isolate them.🤗

Efter en veckas förkylning kör vi påt igen🤩

I get asked a lot “Mads how have you stayed focused and positive through your injury”? My answer is;
1. We get given situation that we can handle. You’ve been given the issue because the world knows you can get through it.
2. Why sit there and complain and say “why me” because that won’t magically change anything so it’s pointless.
3. I personally think I’ve been given a gift with doing both ACLs as it’s made me more self-aware of who I am, what I am capable of and now I can help others who have the same injury. So it’s all about perspective!
4. It’s life and we don’t get a smooth road so be grateful for the challenges and rise up to them because like I said in no.1 you can handle it you’ve just gotta focus on moving forward!

It’s a NEW week tomorrow, how are YOU going to smash your goals? i’m sitting at my desk right now planing small little goals i want to achieve this week coming up. -
When setting goals make them short term and long term realistic and reachable. Ways you can reach a goal are:
1. Think what you want & plan how you will get there 
2. Make it measurable, specific and achievable 
3. Set the bar low (at least at the start, so you don’t beat yourself up if you don’t reach it at the start) 
4. Understand what’s driving your goal
5. Surround yourself with supportive people
6. Track your progress: photos, measurements, writing it down
7. Go out and work

Setting goals is honestly my favourite part of a Sunday, it gets me excited for the week and puts me in the right mind set. Happy Sunday everyone and let’s go smash your goals

Several years ago I dislocated my shoulder and it was never set properly. From then on I would continue to ‘sprain’ it from simply sleeping on it wrong. For the majority of the time I was unable to lift my arm above parallel due to the pain. 
Fast forward to now and I can comfortably press 100kgs over my head...my working sets on this day went 80kg x 6, 90kg x 4, 100kg x 1 x 4, 80kg x 6 dropset to 60kg to failure.

The moral of the story is to take your weaknesses and turn them into your strengths. Obviously treat injuries with care but just because you can’t do something today doesn’t mean you never will!!

Mutta vaan jos tiedostat sen itsekin, ja uskot siihen niin vahvasti, että sulle on ihan yks hailee mitä joku naapurin jamppa ja sen kaverit  siellä tuumii. 5️⃣ Uskalla unelmoida, vaikka sun unelmat olisi maailman epärealistisimpia. 🦄🧚‍️ Unelmoi siitä, että susta tulee laulaja tai näyttelijä. Että perustat oman koirafarmin ja susta tulee johtajanainen. Unelmoi siitä, että asut joskus lämpimässä ja puhut natiivitason espanjaa. Unelmoi siitä, että pääset hyvään yliopistoon ja saat jotain hyvää aikaan. Kunhan vaan uskallat unelmoida, koska unelma on se joka synnyttää lopulta vision. Sitten kun visio on saatu punottua kasaan, ja sitä ruokitaan oikein, vain taivas on rajana!
