Leg day finisher.. I found the strongest band in the gym for this and did 3 sets of 20. Not only does the band create resistance at the top of the squat, but also forces me to push my knees outward. I hit heavy triples on squats today so this was way harder than you might think. 
Can we also just take a moment to appreciate the ridiculous faces that we (mostly me) make while training? 🤣.. if you don't think you do.. just take a video of yourself and pause it.. you'll find some gems 🤣

if you can find 3 half hour or 2 hour slots per week, you can still get results.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And you don't need the fanciest gym, just one machine for each muscle group will do.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here is what you do: 1 set to failure on each muscle group 2 or 3 times per week.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A1 - Machine chest press 1 x As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
B1 - Leg Press 1 x AMRAP⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
C1 - Machine row 1 x AMRAP⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
D1 - Leg Curl 1 x AMRAP⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
E1 - DB Lateral raise 1 x AMRAP⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
F1 - PullDown 1 x AMRAP⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That's it. I reckon it would take about 30 mins including a little warm up and rest times.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here is the caveat ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

These sets would have to be almost all the way. Just one set of submaximal work won't quite do the trick. So some level of hard work will have to be done. But you will get some results so that's great.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Of course, a full session and program will be preferable. But if we're really looking at the time crunched out there, this would at least give you some bang for your buck.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

من غير هادشي خاصو ضروري ينقص نسبة الدهون من الجسم ديالو بنظام غذائي مع تمارين عضلات البطن و الكارديو
تجنب السكريات بصفة عامة
تجنب الدهون الغير صحية
تجنب الأكل قبل النوم مباشرة
تجنب العجائن و المعجنات
أكثر من شرب الماء
و ان شاء الله غادي تبدا تلاحظ النتائج

For Strong Back ️
exercises 
1️⃣.lat pull_down 
First warmup set 15 reps with normal weight
3sets each one 10reps. 
2️⃣bent over row (barbell/dumbbell)
3-4 sets with 10 resps.

3️⃣deadlift (barbell/dumbbell/band/smith machine)
3sets 10 reps.

4️⃣lat pull_down (close_grip)
 4 sets 10 reps.

5️⃣seated row (wide_grip)

6️⃣ Shrugs .

. This is basic back exercises .. you can add proper Wight and rest you can achieve a strong and well shaped back

220kg off the floor and feeling strong. This is the most weight I’ve lifted at my currant body weight of 89kg. Looking forward to seeing what I can do in the coming weeks as I up my calories and slowly transition into bulking season. All that food for fuel ️ will definitely help push my numbers up, mass moves mass as we know.
I don’t usually use a belt but I kinda shit  myself going into it even tho I knew it would be no problem. Already can’t wait for next weeks session where I’ll try and add 10% for the same number of reps
