My daughter’s sleeping blend tonight.
.
We start diffusing as soon as her bedtime routine begins with book, bath, bottle, & bed. .
She’s been using oils since she was 3 weeks old. That’s when I began using oils, because I wanted my baby to be raised with the most natural products & I wanted to teach my baby to sleep & rest. Proper rest is important for their brain development & overall growth. .
At 7 months I did a gentle sleep-training program & her oils have always been a support system for her. 3 days later she was sleeping 8.5 hours straight, then slept 2.5 hours longer. I would have to wake her to nurse her. 🤷‍️🤣 Now she sleeps 12.5 hours straight at night & naps 2xs/day for 1.5 hours each nap. 🤣

At times when she’s really fussy, I’ll do Serenity, and the big GUNS: Roman Chamomile, & Vetiver or Wild Orange. In studies, Vetiver demonstrated 100% improvement in children with hyperactivity. Some moms use Peace & dilute according to their children’s age.

What I love about oils is that everyone in the home can use them, I’ll be using this blend of Serenity, Balance, & Breathe to sleep tonight too. .

️ My Top  imporant thumb  rules to keep in mind when u r aiming to lose Fator Flat Stomach or Spot Fat reduction:
.
1. To lose fat from any area u need to be in a Caloric Deficit (Eating lessor Calories than u burn vise versa burning more Calories than eat) along with appropriate diet breaks
.
2. Your Protein intake should match your Calories like u Should be aiming to take 1.5 to 2gms (depending on ur Activity level) per kg body weight of Proteins per day, so for e.g if u weigh 60kg ur daily protein intake will be roughly between 90 - 120gms for beginner to intermediate level. So let's take 100gm average as an e.g & as we know 1gm of protein = 4 Kcal, so 100 x 4 = 400 means 400 Calories from ur total Daily Calories should be of PROTEINS only & that applies to both Men & Women
.
3. U didn't gain the weight/fat overnight‍️ U can't lose that overnight🤦‍️ end of story
.
4. When Fat Comes, it doesn't sends u a letter telling where it will come (like in abdomen or arms or thighs)  same way it won't tell u from where it will go first 🤭 But as per my experience on the area it came first will go at last from (although no study shows this)🤫
.
5. The amount of time ️ period u carried a specific amount of Fat in ur body, roughly the same amount of time⏰ it's gonna take to go from ur body (that too if u remain consistently in a Calorie Deficit)
.
6. Once u gain fat/weight or go up  beyond ur last maximum weight/fat, Fat Cells in the body also increases in terms of size & numbers (depending on how much & how quick u gain). Now the problem is, Once increased, there is no study yet that shows decrease in those Fat cells once increased ️ even if u lose back all the weight/fat u gained 🤯 So the bottom line is - DO NOT GAIN 🤭

^idk if anyone cares about this part BUT i was Ravished™️ today i felt like a TEMPLE this boy was worshiping the way he like smiles at me? i’m swooning, and he smelled like teakwood and cologne and he hasn’t shaved in a while so his eyes were like rain soaked bark instead of caramel and sunsets, and his hands were so SOFT on my back i’m drooling. how come boy lips are always soft and they don’t use chapstick? he was late to something because.. he said he’d rather spend time with me.. call me low standard twitter but my knees were SHAKING and i was in his lap getting REAL rated R and he grabbed me by my NECK and threw me on the bed and grabbed my hair to turn my neck to his mouth i’m GETTING SWEATY AGAIN THINKING ABOUT IT^

Let’s talk about anxiety. 
It is NOT fun. It can be scary. And it totally overrun my brain 2.5 years ago. 
That’s how I got started with essential oils. My brain chemistry was whack, I was majorly sleep deprived, and I was desperate for some emotional support. My mom recommended this little bottle of lavender essential oil from a Young Living starter kit and that’s how I got started (super lame pun intended) with my oily journey. 
With the help of some awesome plant juice and dietary changes, I was able to get my brain chemistry in check, lose 100 pounds, get pregnant, and deliver a beautiful and healthy little girl. 
With that delivery, however, came some major changes to the way my brain is wired. Once again, my brain chemistry is whack, I’m majorly sleep deprived, and I am desperate for some emotional support. 
My anxiety is back. It is NOT fun. And it can be scary. 
My therapist explained that the reason this is happening is because my one job right now is to keep the tiny human alive, so my brain has literally changed itself in order to identify every possible source of danger to my daughter- including myself. Great for her survival! Not so great for my emotional well-being. 
That being said, I feel like I’m back to square one with my emotional health. So I’m going back to basics for a while. That means busting out the lavender and popping it in the diffuser for some help feeling calm and getting some decent sleep... as decent as I can with a newborn, that is!
