2nd exercise - close stance squats for 45 second
3rd - leg extensions 15-20 reps 
4th - wide stance squats for 60 seconds 
5th - extension squats for 35 seconds 
6th - leg extensions single leg - 20 reps each leg
7th - jump squats for 45 seconds

Monday motivation ?? Read this ! I woke up. Depressed, had a bad sleep. I was tired , it was raining like crazy outside. There were 100 more excuses not to go to the gym today. Negativity almost took over. But I asked myself. Can this really be it ? Does all these things really matter ? Or should I change my perspective ? The days where u feel like u want to skip & just do nothing- these are the days that will grow ur character and mind IF YOU OVERCOME , the negativity and get ur ass moving ! So I told myself - KEEP GOING. Go and use this negative energy, and turn it around in the gym.

Shoulder workout - start with front raises 3x12-15 reps each arm twist the dumbbell at top of the rep/ second - latheral raises tripple drop set - each 10reps per arm (make sure u twist out ur elbow) // then dumbbell shoulder press - 3x 12-15 reps . finish with reverse butterfly 3x12-15 (didn’t record it sadly ) .

Biceps & triceps - wearing @vqfit [Werbung] Tag ur gym buddy - try these movements.
.
1st exercise - ez bar curls - 12-15 reps and lean a bit over the weight and make sure u contract as much as u can .
2nd exercise - cable barbell curls for more tension at the top. Cause it’s static .
.
3rd - overhead Ez bar triceps also 12-15 reps - first do half reps then make sure u squeeze at the top
.
4th exercise - triceps push down wide grip - 12-15 reps and contract as much as u can.
